Fagbug vandalized again! SUNY Plattsburgh

PLATTSBURGH, NY , March 10, 2011 - Prior to Erin Davies's presentation at SUNY-Plattsburgh on March 8, where she showed clips from the film that is dedicated to whoever vandalized her car, now known worldwide as the fagbug, a student came running in to give her the news. "There's writing on your car. I just went out to put a note on your car and saw It." said Alex Fauchet, the treasurer of the GLBT club on campus. Erin asked what type of writing, and the students showed her pictures they took. She ran out to assess the damage. "Faggets + Dikes Need to Die" was written on her driver's side window with black dry erase marker in the same place "fag" was spray painted nearly 4 years ago. "It wouldn't have been so shocking in the beginning, but after four years and not having it happen. It's a shock now. It amazes me what people feel comfortable doing when no one's around. If someone thinks that I'd be open to having a face to face conversation about it, but writing on my property when I'm not there to defend myself is just cowardly."

We're trying to get people to stop using the word Faggot/Fag/Fagot, out of context. I kinda don't like that you have it broadcasted on your car. It is offensive, and used out of context too often, I'd appreciate it if you took notice of this, and change it to something not offensive. Thank you.

I hope she had snow tires. Cause one time I went to go visit a girl who used to go to plattsburgh but she doesnt go anymore anywho thats besides the point. yea now that i think about it it wasnt even snowing when i went up there. the next day i went to a justin bieber concert. the girl i visited is the love of my life. i like her a lot :) she wanted to go to this speech but her boyfriend at the time wouldnt let her. now shes back with me and shes free in my arms. just watched forrest gump. :) <3

Well, about half of New York is Liberal, and the other half is Conservative, its also funny to look at City versus Rural areas.... Being that I live in the Southern Tier near PA, There is a very mixed consensus. Probably more so here in new York then any where else being that we really do have a lot of Cities and a lot of rural areas still.
