Hey Wayne I was there and I competed in the 50 -54 220 and I can still remember being impressed by your lifts and you told me chains and bands helped and I have been using them now that I have had a couple of years to train, and it really helps thanks for the tips and I hope to see you again at another meet. I was in the HWY division, sense this video I have done more (320lbs). 405 strict over head is a HUGE press requiring the right body type as well as a great deal of strenth. Thanks for the positive words.
