Can you do the shots in the belly? Especially if I have fat? I would be using a needle just a little shorter then that one. I currently do them in the rear but I get the feeling I would benefit by doing them in targeted areas for prolonged periods at 1 mil. I take the MIC with B-12, just hoping you can give advice. thanks

@trainman999 I started because I am B12 deficient with a lot of fatigue, the doctor prescribed and filled at the pharmacy. When I started doing them the frequency of every 10-14 days was giving me a lot of acne, not so bad now that its only once a month.

@kickstand927 - why did you start doing this? do you want loose weight? did you? and what about the acne, is this realy giving you bad acne? how bad is it? thanks for sharing!

Looks like it is painful, does it hurt?
I have been recently diagnosed with Anemia B12 Deficiency and doctor ordered me to take monthly injections but I'm still hesitant to take these shots, any advice?

@shirlya Find the area the muscle is in. Flex your leg. Find muscle. Relax and inject
Don't stick the needle in completely in case it brakes you got no chance to remove it anymore

What size syringe and needle do you use?

@evanb0869 1 inch needle, and I think a 22 gauge? Not positive on the gauge.
