Also, remember Staph is everyway, in your nose, and it can spread as any opportunistic bacteria does. Stress is a big trigger too, so again excercise will build the immune system. Since becoming a trainer I have not gotten even a cold in five years. It never amazes me how many Americans are so out of shape and it really saddens me. I see women and men that are so depressed and their lives ruined because they are fat and out of shape. 99% of health problems are bad diet and no excercise.

I'm an expert on Staph. I got it working in a bar, I cut my finger and within a week I was so weak and tired I could barely move. I had abcesses on my finger, neck and even my face. Antibiotics stopped it. But, I had it and it would come back. The best way to fight it, stay healthy, the number one reason it is everywhere is Amercicans are out of shape, meaning their immune systems are weak. Stay away from sugar, drink water, excercise, and an aspirin a day will virtually eradicate it.

Rachel, he developed an infection of the skin (cellulitis) due to some open wound. It could have been a bug bite, but spider bites can become infected and lead to cellulitis.
