@hmghosthost Changed my original reply.
If you need help getting past a part, ask. People will usually give you tips. If they tease your or call you noob, ignore them. Even the most seasoned pro players were once complete noobs.
Just bear in mind, 'helping' you is NOT reading the manual to you. You need to learn and understand how the game/your class works FIRST. If you do that and are at least a capable player, people will help you.

@hmghosthost I bought the game when it first came, never finished a single campaign. Just started back up, am at 25 Hall of Monument points, finished all the campaigns, almost done with all the Guild Wars Beyond content, and did almost all of it just with heroes. So you can do it ghosthost, the game is CERTAINLY more fun if you get to hang out with real people of course :)

@hmghosthost ... then don't read the wiki? The wiki is there for efficient gamers that don't have time to wallow through insanely difficult quests.. This is the case for when you have a massive backlog and if you want to beat all the games in this lifetime, you're going to have to read wiki's and walkthroughs.

@YesimSasori If you watch the video you'll have your answer. Not sure why you are asking about the obvious.

@viking75ify I never said Guild Wars 2 was turn based, im just wondering if it is. One of my ideas of turn based in MMO's would be WoW. In WoW, you do not run around dodging attacks because you have a passive chance to dodge automaticlly. Nor do you combine skills. Guild Wars doesn't exactly look action game styled real time, ala Fable or something.

Holy crap that beast warrior with the rifle was a BOSS

I'm scared watching these Guild Wars 2 promos. I have all of the original games and could never master them - I couldn't even get passed Kourna in Night after 5 years of playing. The stupid Wiki obliterated the need for guilds and player interaction, which made it near impossible to get any help from anyone. G2 will be too overwhelming for me. :( P'll just have to go back to my simple but fun Diablo.

@YesimSasori Well if your idea of "turn based" combat is running around dodging enemy attacks on the fly, while firing your gun/bow or throwing magic at them and combining skills with other players, then it would really be interesting to know what you call actal turn based games.
