the biggest thing i do is if i'm having a bad day thats okay and i will eat badly or whatever but as soon as the bad day ends it's a new day and i make sure i start fresh

One more thing about WW, you go to meeting and you have support from all over. For instance, I went to my meeting last Saturday there was this super skinny couple behind me. The woman lost over 70 pounds. Her husband lost 103. It was very inspiring.

The main thing is to basically stay with it over the long term. Everybody must have days where they give in to food temptation, and it's great you're being positive and not blaming yourself.
