A foundation Routine for DRY skin

This is my own personalised foundation routine for those who suffer from really bad dry skin conditions such as myself.
I do this most of the time, when it comes to applying make-up and believe it or not, it may seem like it takes forever to apply this but really it takes a mere 5 minutes.

Omg I'm so glad u mentioned ur sister and eczema I hv it too and it can b annoying but I can control mine and it's not bad right now. I hv very dry skin I wouldn't want oily skin tho but I'm glad u posted this I mite try E45 (can u get E45 moisturizer??) I'm using simple moisturizer at the moment and I like it all right but it doesn't last the WHOLE day, no moisturizers do for me cos my skin is so dry lol but if u no a moisturizer that last all day even for ppl like me then let me no plz most m

@MissEnyaa Yeah you could use e45 cream half an hour before putting on foundation, also you can use a primer ontop of the foundation to prevent it for wearing off so quickly... Gosh Velvet touch primer from superdrug is amazing <3

@MissShay56 you're supposed to put primer on before foundation. I think she meant you could use primer in addition to foundation.
