  • When these cookies come out of the oven, are they crispy or melty? I love your accent ^_^ what other languages do you speak?

  • Thank you about the comment! The cookies are crispy!

  • Hi, I would like to try this recipe, but I would like to make the puff pastry myself. Will you be able to do a video on how to make a good puff pastry?

  • Puff pastry in culinary is one of these things so difficult and long to make. If you don't wish to buy mass-produced one, I suggest you to buy puff pastry in bakery.

  • looks delicious...my mouth is watering yumm :}

  • The first step: It's important to choose fresh and good quality of puff pastry (pure butter what means 20-25%).

    The second step: to use brown sugar generously, because it's more sweeter of white sugar.

    Best regards,

    Chef Mary

  • I tried making palmiers once long ago but they did not taste right - too greasy, and not very sweet. What is the trick or hint to make this come out so nicely?
