  • 1. Notice that in your second fist (left hand) your punch lagged the foot.

    2. Toes land first then heels

    3. When you extend the arm to strike the neck with the fingers, close the thumb and keep the palm level to the ground

    4. When the same arm hides the coming punch behind the elbow, it should be defending and pushing downwards.

    5. Shoulders raised a tad when ended the form.

    Nice to see someone of your height and build do the moves. I guess you have improved since posted. :)

  • Not bad.

    Good 'Ging" at the end of your 'drilling fist;...but you need to work on your 'root' in your back foot/leg.
