one of the best Impfst paintings I've seen, U do a great job with the yellow not an easy colour to get right! (that and white) but when pulled off like this looks amazing..

But tell me Alexandra... would an airbrush have made it look EVEN BETTER? Hmmm?

well, an airbrush would produce an evan more slightly colour transition, but it would not support the way i am going with the armor, because in the end it will look realy REALY nasty ^^

i just got a box of sanguanary guard and i want to paint up for a painting contest can you give me the paints(i use GW) and the techniques that you would use i have no clue how to paint super high standard gold

@GirlPainting this has really helped me paint my imperial fists to a standard I had not even attempted before, albiet I changed to formula a bit but alot of the basework and principles are there, oh and finally appreciating working off of a white base coat, things have never been more fun to paint since. So I guess Id say thank you ^^

very nice but the sunburst yellow coat look a little bit streaky I would have done a 1:1 of sunburst and golden yellow then sunburst yellow thanks!

Theres a great tau painter that uses an airbrush for every thing, He just applies some basic weather techs, Its on tau online i think look for it. Though getting that good with an air brush is like learning to paint all over again
