It's a relaxation and guided introspection process - an inner journey, that lets you identify emotions beneath your anger like fear, sadness or disappointment that arise prior to anger, and when felt and identified beforehand, can prevent anger outbursts from occurring. It uses guided imagery and other innovative stress management techniques. In the process you go back to an event when you got angry, you identify other emotions that were present, and in the visualization see yourself using healthier stress management techniques and communication skills.
