@bleujae1 ha ha, drop a few bucks on a gym bro, i did, it's the only way, go get it!

where do you find a pool like this? i have to sneak in my community pool every other night at midnight and its only like 4-5 feet haha
-
extend your hands out and together it will help you glide better. Do it just like your'e stream lining! you will glide further and face less resistance. Also, your arm that's on the under side isn't doing a full pool. You are only pulling about half way.

@brazyfaze031 you should swim without a shirt and wear speedos that gives you speed for the test

@drizown yea i remeber when i was up there olympic coaches and what not and alot of bud duds are on my ship showing me what they learned. they be moving in the water like sharks lol. but they all say the same it all comes in time
looking good! no secret. practice. fast is smooth, smooth is fast. i think a bunch of us agree with adding alittle flutter kick in the middle to help you glide. this way, you wont get too tired right away. keep it up!

when you scissor kick wait a little long to pull so you can get more glide, look for form, speed will come.

You are straining your neck to breathe. Basically tilting towards the water to grasp for a breath. This will slow you down big time. Pivot from your torso and take a breath avoiding head movement and even worse bending at your waist towards one side. You will know when you are doing this right when you can glide in the water for some distance after the kick. Of course this is how I was told, I'm still a ways from perfection myself :)
