I like the sound better but the "aliens hover" part is alot better then "angels hover" in this photo.

damn, i think this song works way better in this form, the chorus played just one time and at the end.

@richards1986 yep, the main riff is built off an open G7 chord. It's basically a G chord played, with notes that descend chromatically one at a time from F (7th to G) to D. Hard to explain in text, but really simple to do.
I see now that your post is 2 years old. Oh well, I've already written this, may as well post.
