  • Man my quads hurt just looking at that. Bear crawls alone can be a beast, but this is killer.

  • very effective work out, Not to be picky, but shaolin monks when they do the step hops, they have their arms chambered to the side.

  • great workout! hard traning equals skill over time! keep it up! :-D

  • nice workout...know such painfull things from my parkour training =D...what about changing the order from 3 steps at once first, then 2 steps and at the end the 1 step burner? I think this would minimize the risk to slip if you don't make the 3 steps =)

  • good for the legs,it gives you a lot explosive power. but take care of your knees..

  • Hardcore workout.
