wow, you mean consumer (user) is king?!? What a brilliant concept. Too bad so many businesses forgot this for years. Then when it strikes them, now its all about YOU YOU YOU. There was rarely any creativity in marketing over the past decade besides happy people propaganda and appealing to ones identity and insecurities. It wasn't the users or technology that drastically changed just the approaches to exploit unchartered territory of places considered sacred to users.

web 2.0 3.0 etc are marketing terms. There is actually no truth in it as these are just enhanced and improved ideas, the likes of which has existed for a long time, before these terms were mentioned. This kind of thing hacks me off as a professional web-developer how the so called "professionals" use the terms and say its fact so half the worlds population belives it... its heracy
