Wish we had some old time music festivals like this in the Arkansas Ozarks. Most of the festivals we have are bluegrass with old time music not really looked upon with favor. Banjos, (Scruggs or melodic only, no frailing) mandolins, basses, guitars, fiddles, dobros, OK, but dulcimers, banjo ukes, ukuleles, quills, harmonicas, flatfootin', etc. are a no-no. They've become too "professional" and modern. Too bad we've lost our Ozark mountain heritage. It was a good one. while it lasted.
this festival is missing something......... BEER!!!

I love old-time/bluegrass music. My cousin got me listening, when we were growing up. I love seeing the flat-footin',
to me NOTHING beats it.
