hiding behind effects and garish colours cos I look worse than usual!My animals are trying to drive me crazy..and I'm now a criminal!No wait,it's not them! It's the idiotic bylaws and associated expenses that Councils can get away with charging.I have now received Two fines for $220 eachmon top of everything else!.One for have a dog 'at large' and the other for not attempting to register a dog (when I had been there that day and been told I could not register him without a microchip number,they gave me no time to do this!Yep I'm Tony Mokbel!
