Morrissey on "Art" - To me modern art means absolutely nothing, I find no emotion, no gentility, no sensitivity in modern art. For me personally all the things that are of creative value occurred a long time ago. What makes me sad is that many people don't really consider popular music to be an art form. Many people who are involved in the business, disc jockeys, journalists, people in record companies, they don't consider popular music "rock music" to be an art form. I think it can be, and I think it can be THE greatest art form.

I wouldn't say that.....I wouldn't put any of them above the other. But He IS indeed something else.....I will be meeting and hanging out with him in a few days......I'm very excited - will post video of course :)

I preface my comment with this: The Smiths are my all time favourite band. However, the fact that they have to dub a live version of These Things Take Time with a studio recording really proves how shite The Smiths were live. Muaha.
