Super Mario Bros. 3 1-1 in LittleBigPlanet

This is my first level designed in LittleBigPlanet. More Mario 3 levels to come. Also working on H.E.R.O. levels. Who knows what else, LBP rocks!

That is a tune in the game. I don't think you can use outside music. You may be able to record something from the PS Eye.

What I and others have done is considered Fair Use. The gray area is the fact that this is being hosted and distributed by them. This is no more "copyright infringement" than the other Mario levels that are -- last I checked -- still online today. They may use the fact that they serve the levels as a sticking point.

I have an email to Sony about this right now actually. Hopefully I will get a response before our radio show this week.
