  • Bonjour, tout d'abord, super vidéo, ensuite, je voulais savoir s'il existait des tutoriels ou des livre sur le hubud lubud, cette discipline m’intéresse fortement, j'aimerai mieux la connaitre.

    Plusieurs séries vidéos sont consacrés au travail de Hubad (Ron Balicki, Rick Faye et d'autres). Mais je vous conseille de trouver un bon instructeur qui pourra vous faire sentir l'exercice ...

  • Oh how I hate the term 'patty cake'!!!! I sounds so gay! I think it is bad to use the term. By doing so it just refutes everything that it is applied to. FMA people and Wing Chun people will know that flow drills whether they are Hubud or not are the highest skill training methods available in Martial Arts. People like Bruce Lee and Dan Innosanto have practiced these flow drills to a very high level. It is these drills that give you the edge. Study them. Investigate them instead!!

  • that's about the same sensitivity training as with iron bar , maybe a little better . i have a real good sensitivity training technique for some money. : )
