Brooke Astor sailed on scores of ocean liners from the 1900's - 1950's. She died in 2007 aged 105. Her son Anthony is still alive.

@Aaron1912 Another great video full of the great ships! Mrs. Astor was a very kind and gracious lady. I didn't know anything had come of the investigation into her son's shenanigans in those last years. Prison? Great! She is fortunate to have had such loyal friends and servants to intervene. The grandest ocean liners. I really miss them, it's like you refer a ocean liner as a grandmother which has passed away. It's so painful that all those ships doesn't exists anymore. :-(
Olympic, my favorite ocean liner... I am beginning to realise in a painful way that this ship doesn't sail the seas again today. But in my heart, she is sailing for ever..

Brooke sailed on the Olympic in 1923 and again in 1929 with her son Anthony. He is still alive but currently in prison because he tried to steal his mother's fortune.
