nope that is the casual way of what you call the "요" YO form:
the formal way is:
안녕하십니까 = annyeonghasimnikka

you can remove 저는 (cheoneun) because it is obvious that you are the first person.

and just to correct, it is:
안넝하세요. (annyeonghaseyo)
