On August 16th, 2011 Bob Constantine and http://Talley.TV met Nurse Patricia Smith during the morning of her trial at Grafton County Superior Court. She spoke to me through tears as Bob handed out nullification information to her jurors. Despite Bob's efforts and attorney Mark Sisti's plea to the 12 member jury that they use their power of nullification, they found Nurse Patricia guilty of growing a plant or as the State calls it - manufacturing a controlled substance.

Even though the woman used the plant for personal use, hurt nobody, has health problems, daughter has health problems, and even though a majority of the country does not agree with a law they had no choice in living with, this woman is an idiot and she is wrong? *sigh* this pathetic attitude is why this wonderful drug is still illegal in this country and most of the world. Childish and ignorant.

I'm a nurse and I wouldn't grow pot. She is not a health care professional. And she now is not ever going to be a nurse again. Yea, she was using her head. Idiot.

Marijuana will never be federally legal due to the ease of cultivating your own. The government must be able to control and tax marijuana for it to be legal. Alcohol is the perfect example.

The ONLY problem I have with this video, the only problem other than the injustice against a non-violent person, is how could the video have been uploaded on Oct 27, 2010 and filmed on August 16th, 2011?
