blake is the one that false starts. at 1:27-1:31 watch the left calf of blake. the flinch there should have been a false start but because they can't review it, it meant that Bolt was DQ'd because that is who they caught.

Yes I do know that Usain Bolt is actually incredibly laid-back and doesn't show the same devotion as other athletes do, but when he is down in those blocks he is one of the most focused human beings alive.
