What a great place to shop and sell gold. I have been going to these brothers for over 15 years and just do not believe the comment below. I deal with the one in Katy now and have never felt that something like that could happen at either store.

Take it from a victim. The Houston Gold Exchange is run by thieves and cheats. They switched my engagement diamond (1.01 carat, F-G color, SI2 clarity for L color, VVS2 clarity)-made false promises: would purchase setting back anytime for original purchase amt - setting had lifetime warranty for repair/replace of broken/missing diamonds. Brad(Owner) denied all. Said no value on ring, although HGE issued GIA appraisal for $13,200?!!! My insurance co. is very interested in that. Bet theirs is too!
