@mstyana I'm doing Step aerobics and eliptical/treadmill alternating days of the week. I had to find something I could become passionate about until I'm light enough on my knees to run.

@GhrelinBgone Hello GhrelinBgone, I had to had the Gastric Sleeve and have lost 87 lbs. My start weight was 236lbs and now I am 147lbs. My surgery date was April11, 2011. I am soooo very happy right now. I would love to go to one of the WLSFA meet and greet in Vegas one day. How do I sign up or get information on it? Please let me know! Great progress!!!! I had my surgery in Dec 2011 also and we are at about the same weight loss. Please keep us posted on how you are doing.

love love love "STAY FOCUSED AND FINISH STRONG" that is so key the 1st year -- people tend to get lax about 6-12 months and they flag out before the finish line! I am proud of you that You know what it takes to get the job done and that this is your ultimate priority for this season!
