all my friends comments r true... this is the movie i like very much in kamal sir's films... i think its james bond like movie that time.. i dont knw how many time i hv watched this movie... still i like to see this... what a fantastic movie.. kamal sir, music and the story is awesome.....

Kamal always takes pain and effort in choreographing/filming songs and inserting them as appropriate as possible in movies. He tries to write screenplays incorporating songs so that it flows naturally and does not inhibit the movie pace. I can cite many examples but one good example would be "Saanthu pottu" in Thevar Magan. See how the prelude starts after the Fight scene. Ofcourse, IR is and asset and he rules in all kamal movies

I was very young then, I was in my 4'th standard and I liked this movie very much and I feel this movie was ahead of its time!!!
The vibe of the song is amazing and you don't have shitty sets and stupid dancers dancing!!
