Were you just watching the systematic genocide as innocent bystanders?I realise the fact that the pill of bitter truth is sometimes hard to swallow, but it is my suggestion and sincere advice to you to let the Sayyids mourn for their Holy ancestors who were ritualistically eliminated by the very same people who claimed to be the followers and lovers of the Holy Prophet (SAW) whilst at the same time they proved their allegiance and love by persecuting and murdering His (SAW) Holy Household (AS).

Lets just suppose for a minute second that your contention has an ounce of truth in it that these people killed Imam Hussain (AS) where were you, why did not you step forward to help the Imam (AS) whilst his Holy Household, Ahl-e-Bait (AS) of the Holy Prophet (SAW) was being massacred and slaughtered?

It is their way of expressing their deep grief and sadness at the martyrdom of such an impeccable leader and Imam (AS). Let these people many of whom are the direct descendants of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (SWT) mourn for their Holy Imam (AS).

If they are mourning the martyrdom of their holy ancestor, who was killed by a so-called muslim man named Abdur Rahman ibn Muljim in the Mosque of Kufa by striking a sword on the head of Imam Ali (AS) whilst the Imam (AS) was performing the Sajdah of the Fajr Prayer, why does it bother you?

@saira5868 I urge you to conduct thorough research into an affair before you begin to cast prejudicial aspersions. Did you know that a high proportion of the people participating in the mourning ritual for the cousin, son-in-law and successor of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Prince of Believers Imam Ali (AS), are in actual fact descendants of the Holy Prophet (SAW) i.e., they are Sayyids.
