  • So glad you enjoyed it! Hope to see you on the website.

  • I, too, was a little non-plused at the "3:24" I saw going in to this piece. But the writing and production, not to mention the musical background, is superb. The flow carried my attention with little effort on my part. The 3:24 was over before I knew it. So I played it again. And again.

  • @jhitt11 Thanks, Joan! When I get around to doing future videos (soon, I hope!) I will promise to make them shorter.

  • Thanks so much for your kind words, Matt! -daphne

  • I loved it! Just what I needed to hear. I'm the same as you were, good at editing, but the writing is hard. And I do totally believe you when you say it's the thinking that's hard.

Your son is really talented! Loved the music!

  • @DonnaLMiller - Yes, some of us are just born editors! Thanks for the comment re: my son. I think he's very talented, too!

  • Hi Daphne,

I love the message and the images and I think more people would get the full effect if you cut each slide time to a third of the current length. Watching on YouTube, we can pause or go back if we miss something, but for someone who reads quickly it was a long slog to sit for three minutes. I think it could be closer to one to one and a half minutes.
