Awesome, loving the sound effects at the end, along with a real life saving technique. Good job on the vid. Well played out, easy, simple, cost effective and practical. As long as people continue adding to there arsenal of skills and training, up goes the chances of survival when all hell breaks loose, SOON!

Use a bowline, that's what it's for.

Great video. Thanks for the quick training!!!

Wow, what a stupid post!
The guy was in the open and covered my fire from the germans. Even if they had their medic he still couldnt have gotten the guy as they were shooting at ANYONE trying to. In real life they shoot medics!

Great vid and Idea! Keep up the great work!

Then attach the pouch with a carabiner, velcro or something and throw the whole pouch. It's a video on using a lifeline not on how much to not move in combat.
Wow, people just don't get it. This is a video on a rescue lifeline. Not on how a person acts when they get shot.
If you think people always lay still after traumatic injury or your knowledge of combat medicine is based on video games then you're in the wrong area of youtube.
People can receive minor injuries, panic, get up and run.
Blast injuries, burns, eviscerations, femur fractures, amputations do not make calm patients who lay still and talk politely like on TV.

If you have actually watched Band of Brothers you would see that they left the Medic behind and went on patrol without him so when that one soldier got shot during the ambush they couldn't get to him .If they had their Medic with them things would be different. That is why you don't leave your Medic behind.I've seen every episode of that show. The "wounded" person in this video is moving too much trying to get the rescue lifeline out so he could be a target for some enemy to finish him off

In real life the bad guys shoot the medics. "Too much moving"? It's a video to show the lifeline, not how much to not move under fire.
