It's that same stump again. 5g of nitrocellulose from ping-pong balls plasticized with 6g Acetone Peroxide. Detonated from just a fuse, nothin' extra. Took about 20 hours for it to dry completely. Rate my video's unless I suck.

  • 20hours. Thats an awfully long time. Try using more acetone next time as a solvent, maybe a fan blowing it out a window too. Should be dry in a few hours tops.

  • @nixrate I'm sure more solvent would dry faster ;). Knowing acetone the way I do now it was probably dry in less than six but was left overnight just in case.

  • i always fail at this.. :/ but its nitrocellulose lacquer and not nitrocellulose you make from pingpong balls as nitrocellulose is nitrated cotton and also an secondary explosive.. actual the real name for the pingpongball stuff is celluloid lacquer (; i tried making this before, why it detonates by fuse is because the tatp gets confined in the mass.. but mine just burned :/ im not sure if i used too much or little of one of the things.. i put in tatp till the putty became kinda dry

  • Thank you. You are absolutely right. I was thinking it wouldn't be nitrocellulose but I couldn't think of what it was...
