I don't know if you're still interested but anyway... For some reason, I also had this labeled as Cradle of Filth, but after some searching, this is what I found:
Album: Akumajou Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight OST: Unreleased Tracks
Track 8: Bloody Tears (hard-rock version B, Saturn)
Artist: Michiru Yamane (she usually works on Castlevania soundtracks)
It's the soundtrack for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

From what I can remember, I heard this on a Cradle of Filth album. I'll go through my music collection and get back to you on it.
