Borderlands T-Bone Junction Glitch [Secret room, out of T-Bone]

Im showing you how to get out of T-Bone junction map and get under it. Also a secret room. I don't know is it secret or just random box that creators made.
Songs are from borderlands, recorded with fraps, made with Sony Vegas Pro 8. I found this glitch with my friend, we were doing stupid things and accidently jumped out of T-Bone junction city. Then i found that "Secret room"

Apparently there are boxes like this under several areas, likely every area. I thought it was like a temporary room that people go to when they die, but that isn't the case.
