@Rekjon I do not have problems with my cats using their boxes in the winter. I have caught them outside lounging! The plastic roof is a real problem. Water freezes underneath & when it gets warmer, the roof "rains." I would put a real roof on your place. The worst part of winter is going outside to change the boxes. I have a leather coat & hat hanging in my laundry room before I go outside!

@sieg1961 Well we live in Phoenix so we don't really have that problem.In MN Im sure something like this would work but just take some modifications.
