@518rms it really depends. if you want to start stretching your ears, when did you get them pierced? i've had mine pierced since i was 4 weeks old. so my ears were more stretchy, i could start a little larger. if you got them done more recent, i'd suggest a 16g or 14g. some of my friends have had trouble with 14g, so probably 16g. i buy my stuff off of bodyartforms. (:
