An evocation of a dystopian cityscape. Cables are used to represent the physical manifestation of cyberspace. A phone booth is used to symbolise the human-machine interface. The film questions the extent to which the pervasive digital infrastructure is ensnaring society. 3D-photo animation techniques were explored to create a sense of both hyper-realism and de-familiarisation.
Images captured in Queretaro, Mexico using the Canon 550D DSLR. Post-produced in After Effects and Sound Track Pro. The soundtrack was produced using library sound files.
