Saadia Zahidi, head of the Women Leaders and Gender Parity Group at the World Economic Forum invites the world to help the new Middle East Gender Parity Group bridge the equality gap between men and women in the region. It's 2020 and there's equality between the genders in the Middle East, what do leaders need to do today to realise this vision?

  • Thank you tube for this. This woman is brilliant and deserves this chance to express herself.

  • One morning I woke up with 2 words going round and round in my mind, EVE,EVIL, and I realized that these 2 words represented the most destructive lie that has ever been told, that women are inferior to men. Think of it! For 5000 years half the tallent has been excluded from the game. Visualize this: A man and a woman sitting side by side in a row boat going down stream in catastrophic circles becouse the man won't allow the woman to use her oar, and you can't row a boat with only one oar.
