We invite you to meet Tom Bethell, author of "The Politically Incorrect Guide to Science" by Regnery Books, in an interview by Howard Phillips. He is a senior editor of The American Spectator, and writes for National Review and other publications. They discuss cloning, global warming, heart and other organ transplants, the human soul, stem cell research, religion & science, Galileo & Copernicus, AIDS in Africa, health scares, 'intelligent design' and other hot topics in the news. Mr. Bethell, who moved to America from England after Oxford, proudly declares he is an American. Enjoy the program!

  • Absolutely spot on about 'AIDS in Africa'. Nowhere in Africa has the population declined for any reason, let alone HIV/AIDS. The tests are unspecific if you have antibodies against malaria, tuberculosis, leprosy, or are just pregnant. The high infection estimates are all based on surveys on the test of pregnant women at maternity clincs - extremely dubious data for so many reasons.

  • Remarkable Book !

  • Hm... Some things I agree with, some I disagree with. It sounds like an interesting book, but the tautological nature of NS, for one, is kind of a moot point.
