Absolutely spot on about 'AIDS in Africa'. Nowhere in Africa has the population declined for any reason, let alone HIV/AIDS. The tests are unspecific if you have antibodies against malaria, tuberculosis, leprosy, or are just pregnant. The high infection estimates are all based on surveys on the test of pregnant women at maternity clincs - extremely dubious data for so many reasons.

Hm... Some things I agree with, some I disagree with. It sounds like an interesting book, but the tautological nature of NS, for one, is kind of a moot point.
