There's a longer version of this video that has that song as the first part and Mr Flower as the second part for the same storyline. It should already be up on youtube.

Well the song translated - Jo Sung Mo sings about leaving flowers outside the girl's door. That's where the title of the song comes from I guess. I don't know where it fits in with the video, but the bad guy is seen smelling flowers in one of the scenes.
