Cachi to Salta along RP33 in Argentina Time Lapse

March 25, 2009. This was a beautiful drive from Cachi to Salta. A short portion (at the very beginning) is on the famous RN40 which goes from one end of Argentina to the other. The rest of the drive is on RP 33 and passes through the Parque Nacional Los Cardones. The unusually straight portion of the drive is a section of road called Recta del Tin Tin. All of the guidebooks dub this drive as the most beautiful in Argentina. We would have to agree.
