Charlie Rangel founded a group called "Gang of Four" with 3 other politicans.

Charley Rangel--of course, he has a vested interest in "political" solutions. All he does is make simple assertions. He offers nothing concrete.
Dr. Williams offers specifics and common sense.
The other guy is just another basic mealy-mouthed academic, using lots of words without saying anything.

You're half right. The markets are called "free", but they aren't. This is Dr. Williams' point. The gov't regulated blacks out. Remember the example he used in an earlier video with South African builders? The black people got hired b/c they offered the same service at a cheaper price. White builders favored the gov't regulation (licensing laws) which pushed blacks who couldn't obtain the license out of the market.
