  • R.I.P Brittany Murphy, we miss you very much.

    you will never be forgotten

  • After seeing this movie just once many years ago, this scene STILL sticks in my mind to this day........and unfortunately was the role I most remembered Brittany Murphy for. What was a sad scene at first is now somewhat disturbing to see with her death today. It makes me wonder if life was imitating art (not in the way that she died that is), in that both her and her movie character had demons that they were dealing with, which they couldn't conquer.

    R.I.P Brittany Murphy.

  • "oh what an idiot"

    I loled hardcore

  • Does anyone know the song that plays during this scene*

  • in all honesty i felt so bad for the little kitty, how it went to the door and let out a little cry, i know its dumb because i should be feeling bad for daisy but...

  • ooh i know that song...haven't seen this movie...it looks good

  • @rockypallo Judging from the music, this song and "Downtown", it's clear that it is set in the 60s. Have you ever seen "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"? Great movie. After that, they started shutting down a lot of asylums--the liberals thought that people were being inappropriately incarcerated (one of the themes of "One Flew Over...", and was partly true, and conservatives wanted to save money. But they went too far, and a lot of people who needed to be taken care of were out on the streets.

  • @123rcjm That's what I thought. Thank you!

  • @rockypallo the sixties

  • This is my favourite film of all time... ever.

  • @tokimasa121 What decade was this movie taken place. I know that it came out in the 1990's, but did it come out in the Late 60's, during the 70's or early 80's?
