The second part of my playthrough of Romancing SaGa 3, one of my favorite SNES game... no, one of my favorite game of all time with what may be my favorite soundtrack of all time, perhaps only second to Super Aleste on SNES.
I hope you enjoy this playthrough and I thank you for watching and feel free to leave comments.
@AkemiCaffeine I strongly agree! I'd love to see a remake of these two games especially with the fact that I haven't played Romancing Saga 2 since last time I checked, it didn't seem to be translated. I guess we'll have to keep hoping for more SaGa games. Lately, SaGa older games seems to come as downloadable content but not in North America. Very disappointing, it just feels like what Namco is doing with their damn "Tales Of" games.

@AkemiCaffeine Now that you mention it, its actually a pretty common thing in the SaGa games. Technically, yes I think they are but whenever a creature is like that, they block the view with the legs, arms or sometime not at all although the creature doesn't have some details some humans would have.

@catboyjeremie Oh, well that makes some sense, I guess.

@shadowclock12 Ah, I believe this mist is related to the element that is going on during the fight. Some spells can modify the element such as bubbles for water and flames for fire. I honestly do not know if it affects the element power of spells during the fights.

@catboyjeremie No, I know about Character Positioning and all that. I mean, while you are choosing the attacks your party is going to perform, there is this weird mist during, and after you finish, it goes away. Is that just for effect?

@shadowclock12 Do you mean the position of the characters? Its because in this game, there's different ways to line-up your party. Some of the positions are more defensive or offensive. Some patterns allows to use the most powerful techniques in the game.

@catboyjeremie And before the party attacks, why are there wavy lines going across the screen?

@shadowclock12 Yes, its a thing they do in basically every SaGa games. I can see why it would annoy some gamers since it can feel random at times and requires a ton of effort to complete the main plot.

@catboyjeremie I worded it wrong. I didn't mean the way they fight, I mean the Leveling up is different. They level up individual parameters, rather than just by number. That's what I meant.

@shadowclock12 Hm? What do you mean exactly?
