one of my evening students out at Veteran's Park in Richfield gives a little feed back on the classes

we spent about 5 minutes sorting out an issue she had been having for a long time with her piriformis (a muscle in the butt) that was causing her pain and discomfort, as well as limiting her effectiveness as an Kundalini Yoga Instructor
