All this problem was not created only by the Banks and the GOV, but also by these people who don't deserve to own a house. These people signed loans that they knew they would get in trouble with. Ask these people about their other debt, they have high car payments, a lot of credit card debt, and of course a lot of other bills. Your money and my money is going to be used to help these irresponsible people.....God bless America.

I also have a FHA loan through BOA. At first I was told that FHA loans could not be modified as much as the non-FHA loans.

I did get a solution. NACA reduced my interest rate to the current 30 year fixed rate of 5.5. I'm no longer 3 months behind in payments and paying $150 less per month. This solution works for me.

I went to the convetion center in los angeles. I spent 22 hrs in the n.a.c.a event and they were able to restructure my loan from 40yrs to 30yrs loan I went from 6.5 interest rate toa new 2.0 interest rate. form a payment from 3,100. to 1,600.00 . thank you n.a.c.a

yep the people at naca went over my finances and said my house payment would be dropped from 974.00 a month to 687.00 a month and i was so happy but then you have to talk to the people from the bank to get it finalized and they said there was nothing they could do for me ....thanks a lot bank of America

i went to to and event in st.Louis on Monday and after 12 hours was told sorry we cant help you because you have an FHA lone and i have been out of work for a year

Well attended the event today and despite rumors of 2% financing for even the unemployed I was turned down due to having 2500.00 in credit card debt therfore disqualifying me from Obamas help plan. I make a good living at my job of 13 years and am only behind due to an upside down mortagage and increasing property taxes. If you owe on your credit cards dont even bother with wells fargo.

These are the nimrods who are the pawns of the liberal agenda that work to topple capitalism and judeo-christian foundations in America. They bully banks into lending to people who can't afford loans. It is part of a larger covert movement started by liberals with ties to Barack Obama called the "Cloward-Piven Strategy".
