I should also note that some of F series aircraft's are much more agile and stealth than their counterparts Russian made Migs. All in all, I appreciate very much to see my fathers comrades and close friends. I bet by now you all know how much I am grateful for the Ethiopian Air Force and the people my father served with and I served with. It gave me my freedom, gave me a chance to serve my country and gave me an experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. God bless you all.

I am a proud son of Ethiopian hero. My dad was a member of the legendary Ethiopian Air Force based in Debre Zeit. He served his country honorably for twenty-seven years. He is my biggest role model. Even though, I had so many opportunities to pursue my education abroad, in 1989 I joined the Ethiopian Air Force. Unfortunately, two years after I started my flight school, Derg finally deposed in 1991.
