We aren't going to be immortal beings after all this. I used to believe, but I reasoned it out that the supernatural is false. There are no real witches, ghosts and Ouija boards are all bunk. Religion is all about feel goodism.

Who wrote the Bible? Various authors who were inspired by God's Holy Spirit.
One of these authors, Paul, wrote, "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God... hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."
Once you get saved/born-again, the scriptures begin to make sense.
