Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales

UK: Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Overseas territories: Aus, NZ etc

And for those saying England isn't a country, it IS! UK just happens to consist of four countries. They can function like one big country and many take pride in being British. But each one's a country in its own right. They compete separately in the olympics etc.
