Ninja Gaiden 2 Chapter 7 Armadillo Glitch

I was doing my Dual Katana playthrough on Warrior mode, just for fun, and I ran into a very strange glitch I'd never heard of. Just when I was finishing off the Boss, he exploded like he was supposed to, and then something very interesting happened...

what cause this to happen is because you hit him when he explodes causing him to flinch ans reset. Heres why you ue the void, it is aim-able, target away from it and you can continue

hahaha. how did you get this? i didn't know how to avoid it the first time and i had to ninpou my way out too.  but i never got this glitch. it's a cool find.

Yeah, it was pretty weird when it actually happened. This was the third time I had faced the boss, and I know you use the Dragon Sword to block it, but I was doing my one-weapon playthrough and yeah, didn't want to screw it up. I don't think you can get this intentionally, I think it just happens lol.

@Greyhame888 turns out you can do this glitch on command, all you have to do is finish it with the tonfa's then use a full level wind blades ninpo without moving as he explodes.

just kidding, that's bullshit. Only the chapter 5 boss can engage active camouflage.

This has never happened to be me in any of my playthroughs, although the chapter 3 boss did push me through the wall once.

Stupid glitches making Ninja Gaiden even harder than it already is.

you dont have to use a ninpo to avoid the explosion... you can just block

yeah something like that happened when i fought zedonious on warrior, i killed him but his combo killed me during the cutscene for his death..... weird shit
