  • when your first start isn"t suspost have free wheeling the clutch while the engine start and them speed up, just like engine die it should disengage to allow autorotation ???

  • @stealhty1 yes, this have a clutch that can be used for autorotation and no free wheeling.

  • I listend to it agin, I could hear a slight miss as the fuel is being added. It sounds a little cold ntrd, once the oil gets moving around, I was watching you going over the checklist, I think when I took my first lessons. I bet I spent 15 min going over the check list. It looks like you have just a few hours LOL. Great video

  • @buckbeak1965 Thanks for yout time. You can hear the entire check list. Fadec 1 and 2 on-off, magnetos check, warm up. Brazilian fuel have about 1% to 5% water added (cars fuel, this heli don't use avgas that cost about 5 BRL or 3.12USD per litre), because this, we make a very slow warm up, all times, and double check again. Temperature in this day is about 19ºC and humidity 80%, consider having some condensation inside air intakes.

  • @buckbeak1965 And the checklist it was explained to the passenger, step by step.

  • The motor does not sound good.

  • @buckbeak1965 see my last comments about the engine. Thanks!

  • That does not sound very good, and it took that engine along time to get started. Is that normal?

  • I had a friend years ago. He just got his solo, but he forgot to fuel and crashed a few miles from the airport, Its funny when that instructor is not in there with you, its such a rush of adrenalin, I was flying in the Smokey mountains. Lord do ever miss that time. I just need my X-country, its been about 3 years when I last flown....

  • I used to fly fixed wing, It sounds like my old C-150 I have had it hand cranked. Scares the !@#$ out of me, and I am just about standing on the breaks.

  • How many hours do you have on that motor, it sounds like you are just about to throw a rod.
